WYA have been making films with young people for over twenty years - most of these are experimental work aimed at allowing young people to make film and learn by doing. Occasionally during those years a commission came along and our adult professional film, theatre and dance people headed up the productions ('Battered Cod' / ''My Own Way Home' / 'Nun More Deadly').

In the last 6 years WYA has moved into Social History films and last year we did a documentary film - 'The Club - Thirty Years On'. We have now established a unit to enable new commissions to happen and we hope you can help WYA Film Productions to develop in future years.
